The match is statewide, not city-restricted
A patient in Austin may be matched with a participating cardiologist located anywhere in Texas. For example, the clinician could be located in another city or region of the state while holding the active license required to serve the patient.
Virtual visits, scheduling, payment, clinical communication, and medical services occur through the clinician's own practice workflow after a match is accepted. HrtX24 itself does not deliver medical care.
What HrtX24 checks before routing a request
The clinician has completed the applicable HrtX24 verification process.
The clinician has an eligible active Texas license record.
The clinician selected cardiology as an applicable specialty.
The clinician is participating and available to receive matching requests.
What HrtX24 does not determine
HrtX24 does not operate as a medical practice, diagnose medical conditions, recommend treatment, evaluate urgency, or determine whether a particular clinician is appropriate for an individual patient.
HrtX24's role is limited to facilitating an anonymous match request between a patient and an eligible participating clinician.
