Privacy Policy

Important privacy notice

HrtX24 is designed as a clinician-access matching platform, not a medical record system, intake platform, patient portal, messaging system, emergency service, or telemedicine practice.

Users should not submit symptoms, diagnoses, medications, medical records, images, laboratory results, insurance information, dates of birth, or urgent clinical information through HrtX24.

1. Information HrtX24 is designed to collect

HrtX24 is designed to collect limited platform information needed to route clinician-access requests, including selected state, requested specialty, request status, clinician availability, and clinician matching information.

Clinicians may provide profile and verification information such as name, specialty, license state, professional email, practice information, availability status, and booking or practice workflow links.

2. Information users should not submit

Patients and users should not submit personal health information or clinical details through HrtX24, including symptoms, diagnoses, medications, treatment questions, medical records, images, lab reports, insurance cards, dates of birth, or urgent medical concerns.

If a clinician accepts a request, clinical communication should occur outside HrtX24 through the clinician’s own secure practice, scheduling, patient portal, or communication workflow.

3. How information may be used

HrtX24 may use limited platform information to route requests, display request status, verify clinician profiles, operate the clinician dashboard, improve platform reliability, provide non-medical support, and protect platform security.

4. Support communications

HrtX24 support is for platform-related questions only, such as login issues, clinician verification, technical problems, request status, or general platform questions.

Users should not include medical information in support emails or support messages.

5. Notifications

HrtX24 may use browser notifications to provide generic request status updates. Notifications should not contain medical information.

6. Third-party clinician workflows

After a clinician accepts a request, users may be directed to the clinician’s own booking, scheduling, patient portal, telemedicine, or practice workflow. Those third-party workflows are controlled by the clinician or their practice and may have separate privacy practices.

7. Data security

HrtX24 uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to support platform security. No internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security.
