HrtX24 is not an emergency service, medical practice, hospital, telemedicine group, medical record system, or patient portal. Do not use HrtX24 for urgent or emergency medical concerns. If you may have a medical emergency, call emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.

1. Platform purpose

HrtX24 is a clinician-access matching platform. It helps route limited requests by current physical state, requested specialty, clinician license state, verification status, and availability.

2. No medical care provided by HrtX24

HrtX24 does not provide diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, prescriptions, clinical recommendations, or physician-patient relationships. Any medical care or communication occurs outside HrtX24 through the clinician or practice.

3. No personal health information in requests

Users must not submit symptoms, diagnoses, medications, medical records, images, laboratory results, insurance cards, dates of birth, treatment questions, or urgent clinical information through HrtX24.

4. Clinician matching

HrtX24 may route requests to clinicians based on specialty, current physical state, active license state, verification status, availability, and request criteria. HrtX24 does not guarantee that a clinician will accept any request.

5. Clinician independence

Clinicians using HrtX24 remain independent and are responsible for their own licensure, scope of practice, clinical decisions, scheduling, documentation, billing, patient communication, and compliance obligations.

6. Third-party handoff

After a clinician accepts a request, users may be directed to the clinician’s own booking, scheduling, practice website, patient portal, office workflow, or other third-party system. HrtX24 does not control those third-party workflows.

7. User responsibility

Users are responsible for using HrtX24 only for appropriate platform access purposes and for avoiding submission of medical or sensitive clinical information.

8. Platform support

HrtX24 support is for technical and platform-related issues only. Support communications should not include medical information.

9. Availability and limitations

HrtX24 may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time. Matching availability may vary by state, specialty, clinician participation, and platform status.
