How HrtX24 Works

Licensed clinician matching by state, specialty, and availability.

HrtX24 is designed to simplify clinician access. Patients submit a limited request, verified clinicians review eligible matches, and accepted requests continue outside HrtX24 through the clinician’s own workflow.

1. Patient selects state and specialty

The patient chooses their current physical state and requested specialty. HrtX24 does not ask for symptoms, diagnoses, medications, records, images, labs, or clinical details.

2. HrtX24 routes eligible requests

The platform routes requests using clinician license state, specialty, verification status, and availability. Clinicians only see requests they may be eligible to consider.

3. Clinician accepts and handoff begins

When a clinician accepts, the patient is updated and the next step occurs through the clinician’s own scheduling, booking, portal, or practice workflow.
