About HrtX24
HrtX24 is a clinician-access matching platform designed to help people connect with available licensed clinicians based on current physical state, requested specialty, clinician license status, verification, and availability.
Why HrtX24 exists
Many patients and families struggle to find the right clinician at the right time. HrtX24 was created to make clinician access more organized, transparent, and responsive while keeping the initial request process simple and intentionally limited.
The platform is designed around one core idea: match by objective routing criteria first, then move clinical communication into the clinician’s own secure practice workflow.
State-license matching
Requests are routed based on the patient’s current physical state and the clinician’s active license state.
Specialty-based routing
HrtX24 matches requests by specialty and subspecialty needs, including fields such as cardiology, internal medicine, endocrinology, dermatology, and other medical specialties.
Availability-focused
Clinicians can indicate when they are available and accepting patient requests, helping reduce uncertainty in the matching process.
A privacy-conscious request model
HrtX24 is not designed as a medical record system, intake form, messaging portal, or emergency service. Users should not submit symptoms, diagnoses, medications, lab results, images, medical records, or urgent clinical information through HrtX24.
After a clinician accepts a request, next steps should occur outside HrtX24 through the clinician’s own secure practice workflow, scheduling system, or patient communication process.
Built for patients and clinicians
Patients can submit a limited request based on state and specialty. Clinicians can maintain their availability, review eligible requests, and accept matches that fit their license status, specialty, and schedule.
The goal is not to replace a clinician’s practice infrastructure. The goal is to make the first connection faster, cleaner, and easier to route.
