National Physician Network

Join the HrtX24 Physician Network

HrtX24 is building a national physician network designed to connect verified, licensed physicians with patients seeking specialty care. The platform is currently focused on cardiology in Texas and Missouri while expanding physician participation across additional specialties and states.

Creating or claiming a profile does not guarantee approval, patient requests, referrals, employment, revenue, or active matching in a particular state or specialty.

Physician participation

Why physicians build an HrtX24 profile

HrtX24 is developing a focused physician network rather than a general advertising directory. Physicians can establish their professional presence and prepare for eligible participation as the platform expands.

Build your professional presence

Create a clear professional profile that can represent your specialty and licensed practice states within the developing HrtX24 network.

Maintain profile control

Claim and manage your professional information instead of relying solely on third-party directory listings.

Prepare for future opportunities

Establish your profile while HrtX24 expands into additional states and medical specialties.

Support verified participation

HrtX24 reviews physician identity and professional information before enabling eligible platform participation.

How it works

Build and verify your physician profile

  1. 1

    Find or create your profile

Search for an existing physician profile or create a clinician account if your professional profile is not yet available.

  2. 2

    Confirm your identity

Complete the identity-verification process required for clinician profile review.

  3. 3

    Submit professional information

Provide the state-license and professional information needed for HrtX24 review.

  4. 4

    Prepare for participation

Approved physicians may indicate availability when matching is active for their state and specialty.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I join before patient matching launches in my state?

Yes. Eligible physicians may create or claim a profile while HrtX24 develops participation in additional states and specialties. Profile creation does not mean patient matching is currently active in that market.

Does claiming a profile guarantee patient requests?

No. Profile creation, verification, or approval does not guarantee patient requests, referrals, revenue, employment, or any minimum level of platform activity.

Can a physician list licenses in multiple states?

Yes. Physicians may submit information for multiple states in which they hold applicable licenses. Each state-license entry remains subject to HrtX24 review and current platform requirements.

How does HrtX24 review physicians?

HrtX24 may review identity, professional credentials, state-license information, profile-claim information, and required attestations. An NPI record alone does not establish HrtX24 verification or participation.

Can physicians update their profiles?

Physicians can submit profile and license information through the clinician workflow. Certain updates may require review before they become part of an approved profile.

Does HrtX24 employ participating physicians?

No. HrtX24 is a matching platform and does not employ participating physicians or control their independent clinical judgment, scheduling, documentation, professional fees, or practice operations.
