A direct route between patients and participating specialists
Some patients seek cardiology access outside traditional referral and insurance pathways. They may prioritize speed, clarity, convenience, or the ability to contact a specialist practice directly.
HrtX24 does not set prices, collect the clinician's professional fee, or dictate whether a practice accepts insurance. It only facilitates the initial matching request.
Participating cardiologists can decide whether a request fits their practice and then communicate scheduling, payment, service availability, and clinical intake through their own systems.

Built for direct specialist access
Patients submit a limited cardiology matching request for Texas.
Eligible participating clinicians may receive the request and decide whether to accept it.
All fee discussions, scheduling, clinical intake, informed consent, documentation, and medical services occur outside HrtX24 through the clinician's practice.
How clinician matching works
- 1. Create or claim a clinician profile.
Submit the limited information required for clinician identity, specialty, and state-license verification.
- 2. Control whether you are accepting requests.
Participating clinicians can indicate whether they are currently available to receive matching opportunities.
- 3. Review and accept requests selectively.
A matching request is not a medical intake. Decide whether to accept based on your availability and practice capacity.
- 4. Continue through your own practice.
Scheduling, payment, clinical intake, telemedicine, documentation, testing, treatment, and follow-up occur through your own workflow.
Statewide access in Texas
A participating clinician may receive eligible matching requests from patients located anywhere in Texas, subject to applicable licensure, verification, specialty, participation, and availability.
This may include requests from patients in Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Fort Worth, El Paso, Plano, and McAllen, as well as other communities throughout Texas.
Matching is based on the patient's state
A clinician does not need to be physically located in the same city as the patient. Applicable state licensure, clinician eligibility, specialty, participation, and availability determine whether a request may be routed.
