No. HrtX24 is not a medical practice, emergency service, hospital, telemedicine group, or clinical care provider. HrtX24 helps with clinician access matching. Medical care, clinical intake, scheduling, records, and communication occur outside HrtX24.
HrtX24 routes requests using objective matching criteria, including the patient’s current physical state, requested specialty, clinician active license state, clinician verification status, and real-time availability.
The request flow is intentionally limited. Patients select their current physical state and requested specialty. Patients should not submit symptoms, diagnoses, medications, medical records, laboratory results, images, insurance details, or urgent clinical information.
Clinician licensure is state-specific. HrtX24 uses the patient’s current physical state to help route requests only to clinicians who are actively licensed in that state.
HrtX24 is being built for Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Rheumatology, Nephrology, Pulmonology, Sleep Medicine, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Infectious Disease, Neurology, Orthopedic Surgery, General Surgery, ENT / Otolaryngology, Ophthalmology, Optometry, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and related clinician specialties as verified clinician availability expands.
